Swedish elderfloewr blooms are cooked with sugar to create a concentrated syrup (known as saft).
Mix 1 part saft syrup with 4 to 5 parts cold water for a refreshing Scandinavian floral drink. It's also delicious warm, with club soda, or when combined with your favorite spirit.
