The Deputy Coach Lemon Pepper was Stanislaus County Deputy Sheriff Dennis Wallace's favorite blend of spices. Deputy Wallace was a friend and colleague when he and the owner of Lawman Rub Co. worked in Law Enforcement together.

Proceeds from each purchase will be donated to Deputy Wallace's youth non-profit, DW61 Foundation.
