Cacao Cocoon creates one of the only commercially available tempered chocolate bars sweetened with honey. The bars melt like milk chocolate but have the flavor and aroma profiles of dark chocolate and honey. The result is unparalleled texture, aroma & flavor.

The local Cacao Cocoon kitchen runs on 100% renewable energy and it's the packaging is 100% recycled and compostable. The honey used is sourced from Humboldt County and they use organic and Fair Trade cacao, vanilla, and salt.

  • Balance Bar: Raw cacao butter, raw cacao powder, raw US wild honey, ground vanilla bean, Himalayan salt, essential oil of Lavender
  • Unity Bar: Fair Trade and Organic Cacao, Pacific Northwest wild-crop honey, cashew milk, vanilla bean and salt combine to create "UNITY". The cacao, honey, and cashewmilk together are delictable and nothing like you had before in a dark/milk chocolate.

As the weather gets warmer, the risk of melting candies is higher. Golden Gait Mercantile ships all candy without temperature preserving items. If you are in a region that has heat capable of melting what you order, you should also order an ice pack. They can help preserve the state of your melt-able goods! That being said, even if you do order an ice pack, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive to you without melting.
