Strain and puree fruits, vegetables and berries for soups, sauces, baby food, desserts and stocks.

Set includes a stainless steel chinois, a chromed steel stand and a wooden pestle.

Fine mesh sieve.

Stabilize over a pot or bowl by resting the chinois in the stand.
