Product inspiration: “One of my favorite childhood snacks was the chocolate panini we used to make at the neighborhood sports club. We’d place a dark chocolate bar inside a sliced demi baguette and warmed it to a crispy crunchy, ooey gooey sandwich in the panini press. This bar is the adult version of that snack, with a little sea salt for a nice contrast.” - Chef Michael
