The bars are made in an identical way to Kendal Mint Cake but an enzyme is added to the mixture to slowly soften it.
This softening carries on for a time after the bars have been enrobed in a rich dark Belgian chocolate resulting in a chocolate covered treat that has a soft minty centre.
