Old School Brand | Stone Ground White Corn Meal

Using only select North Carolina non-genetically modified white corn, this corn meal is 100% stone ground, then sifted to perfection, leaving all of the rich corn flour intact.

2 cups OLD SCHOOL BRAND Self-Rising Corn Meal
2 cups sweet milk or buttermilk
2 eggs
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease pan well. Mix together dry ingredients, then add buttermilk, eggs, and oil. Pour into pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
